This outfit was released as part of the American Girl of Today line in 2001. It features a fuzzy sweater with rhinestones along the collar and cuffs, and a matching shimmery skirt. Comes in the (retired) Milk Tea palette.
There is a little bit of a dark shadow along the bottom of the skirt in CAS, but it doesn't show up as much in live mode.
