I saw similar leather jacket on pinterest that had been painted to look like it had tattoos over it. So I did what I usually do, started looking how to make this into a cc. To get the tattooed look, I used the tattoos in the game.

Painted, "tattooed looking" leather jacket to match my accessory tops and bodysuits. Giving you the option to create thousands of combinations for just the right clothing for your sims. Pls see screenshots for some examples.
