I've had the same mod from CMAR that allows you to be able to remove the top and bottoms in CAS Mode (creating a sim).  I stlll have the old version but here is the new and instructions are included on site: (should be Download the .package file and put it in your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder. )
