Kit and Ruthie Dress Conversions

I can't even tell you how many tries it took to make the mesh work. Once I finally got the skirt where I wanted it, the armpits remained a problem (which is a constant issue for infants it seems). The weights still aren't perfect, but it's mostly noticeable in CAS. Tested extensively in live mode with little issue.
