Heterochromia Lily Eyes

These eyes require one of the versions of Lily Eyes to work. 

Lily eyes(facepaint/non-default) or Lily Eyes(default)

First, apply either the facepaint, default, or non-default version of the Lily Eyes to your sim.
Then, choose the heterochromia overlay – it will replace one of your sim's eyes to create the two-color effect.

Don't use heterochromia with bracelets – they will conflict.
