Natural heavy freckles on the checks and nose. Named after my favorite 100 baby challenge matriarch sim from my game :)
Five colors with two opacities each for a total of 10 swatches. Found under face skin details with custom thumbnails for male and female.
Available for toddler through elder ages, disabled for random.
