About the Dynamic Light - Pumpkin Hoodies
These Pumpkin Hoodies, were originally made for Halloween 2015, but now have been updated to work in today's Sims 4 version too.
Dynamic Light in this case, means that the pumpkin's face will flash while Sims wear it. So it kind of looks as if the pumpkin has a candlelight inside of it which glows out of the carved face. This makes it some sort of clothed jack-o'-lantern.

The hoodies can be found in all categories from children to elders and for all genders.
I've used the hoodies already available in game, so the male and female versions are slightly different.

Find object in game:
In Create A Sim go to Tops and then to the Sweatshirt sub-category.
The thumbnail can be recognized by my BakieGaming icon in the lower right corner with a pumpkin on the right of it.
