Cleft Lip Scar – Realistic Skin Detail (Left, Right, Bilateral)

This custom skin detail comes from a personal need and a desire to create meaningful representation.
I’ve never found any mod that reflects what I see in the mirror, so I created my own mod and I’m sharing it in hopes that others feel seen, too.

This mod adds a realistic cleft lip scar in the form of a subtle lightning-shaped line between the nose and upper lip. Available as a Skin Detail (Face – Skin details).

The scar comes in five swatches:

📌 Left-side scar (straight)
📌 Left-side scar (curved)
📌 Right-side scar (straight)
📌 Right-side scar (curved)
📌 Bilateral scar (symmetrical)

Each version is designed to be medium visible, in a soft beige-grey tone like a healed scar. They are fully compatible with all skin tones and most overlays.
