It's always a little confusing on which pants can fit each frame for some items. This is one of those times. I recolored pants for the feminine frame, but there wasn't a feminine frame for the pajama top. Honestly? I don't see the big difference in the pants or find that it looks bad on feminine framed Sims becxause they're pajamas -- but you can be the judge. Either way, your masculine framed Sims should be all set regardless of all that I said.
