This is an industrial-inspired CC set. While labeled as a 'workspace', I want to keep an artist's studio vibe – complete with paint splatters everywhere, scattered papers, and empty paint cans (haha). The whiteboard(functional) is from the Hobbies DLC, and I also made an adorable cardboard box trash can (functional).

Swatches include natural wood tones and some bold colorful options to keep things artsy :P
