So you have a medieval sims game, but never go to the hospital, because it breaks the immersion with all those modern things? Here is the solution. Replace the hospital with the Windenburg Almshouse.

Step 3: get the lot "Windenburg Almshouse", travel to the hospital, and replace the hospital with the lot, or build your own using the objects posted here.
Search for almshouse in the Buy/Build catalog in game and you will find the items included in the zipfile with this post. You may have to check debug items to see all.

Almshouse Front Desk
A special desk for the hospital entrance. Made of parts from TSM. Add one of my medieval PC:s and a nice chair.

Medieval Almshouse Chemical Analyzer
This is the TSM Spy Crafting Table, converted and adapted to function as a Chemical Analyzer. What doctor doesn't keep a couple of skulls on their table?
Complete the right look in your Almshouse Laboratory with the conversion by @zx-ta of the TSM Herbalism Crafting Table, which works as a Chemistry Table - the one the scientists use to experiment on. (When at Zx-tas site, get all her TSM stuff. I used a lot of her deco stuff for this project.)
Medieval Almshouse Medical Treadmill + Normal Medieval Treadmill
Don't be afraid. The Almshouse has very nice non-modern equipment, including a medical treadmill to die on for. Made of loot from TSM.
The normal treadmill is not really needed in the Almshouse, but why not have a medieval ordinary treadmill if you have a medical one? Use it in your medieval gyms. :)
Medieval Almshouse X-ray Machine
No X-ray was not invented in the medieval times. This device can be used instead, for some interesting results.
Oh and there is a bug right now that makes the calibration of x-raymachines not possible. This is the case with the EA one, and with this one also. When they correct the bug I will update this item accordingly, if needed.

Almshouse Replacement Bassinet for hospital
The Almshouse items are not default replacement objects, with one exception - the hospital bassinet, called "Bundle of Joy" in the catalog, the debug one. It will spawn when the baby is born, if you didnt place it beforehand. You can also get my bassinet additions, and decorate the hospital with them. Any surplus babies (twins, triplets) will be placed by the game in those extra cradles. But if you don't get the RP one in this post, the game will spawn the modern ugly one.
