Victorian Water Pump Version Four

Part four of my 100 CurseForge followers gift. Find the three other versions: Functional dew collector with handle / functional dew collector with no handle / decor object with handle.

Decor object inspired by the replica Victorian water pump outside of the John Snow pub in London's Soho district. This seemingly innocuous pump hosted the bacteria which caused the 1854 cholera epidemic, leading to the birth of the modern field of Public Health. Back then no one was certain what caused cholera, but some sensed that contaminated water was the culprit. Dr. Snow removed the handle from the pump and sure enough, there was a significant reduction in new cases. Every year the John Snow Society meets at the pub named in the physician's honor and reenacts the now-symbolic "removal of the handle."
