Usable Wicker Upper Hamper

Usable Hamper for the Sleek Bathroom Set
Install via App

I find it annoying when EA includes an item, but doesn't make it usable. Understandable if someone doesn't have Laundry Day, but for those of us who do... I went ahead and made a separate, usable hamper from the Sleek Bathroom set.
