I hope your sims don't mind a little bit of randomness, I present to you 9 black framed prints including a peacock, hippo, 4 dog breeds, 3 cats, and an elephant (trunk up). To adjust spacing between paintings use the Move Objects cheat. To create the large fireplace feature I used the Scale Objects Cheat.

Move Objects Cheat

1. Open the cheat console
2. Type "testingcheats on"
3. Type "bb.moveobjects on"
4. Select the object you want to move
5. Move the object to your desired location

Scale Objects cheat

1. Select the object you want to scale
2. Hold down Shift + ] to make the object larger
3. Hold down Shift + [ to make the object smaller
