Sim Prime Realty Office Signs

This is a pre-requisite mod for an upcoming build that is Get To Work/Base Game only, and an Own Work - my first re-texture of a Base Game item!  Rather, items. Go me! ;)

For the basis of the main sign, I used "Cloud Space Thing" (Catalogue price: 435, now 450 as is the "average" cost of a sign for a business facade in the USA). This is an indoor/outdoor sign. Scale up/down as necessary.

As a bonus, I added a small collection (16 swatches) of homes I've built as re-textures of "Inspirational Mouse Poster", for 20 each. You will find a variety of swatches. I also added an 'Open for Business' sign, made out of the "Apple of your Eye" wall decor item, just because.  On top of that (gasp) you're also getting 3 recolors of "Chronos Magazine (Framed Collector's Edition Issue)" - I repurposed this to show off some architecture magazine covers instead. Also included? 3 retextures of the "Star Seeker Original Blueprints" object (called 'Someone's House (In Progress)', for 1995 each - home plans aren't cheap after all, these feature a wireframe home and floorplans. These are all Base Game. Enjoy. 

I've added a special "Open House - Come on in!" sign, which requires Get To Work. This uses "119 BB Elements" display signage. I've also merged the 'Sim Prime Realty For Sale yard sign' into this project, to save on downloads (original mesh/work by Marvell, via Maxis Match CC world. Be sure to download theirs, too!)

This isn't going to be for everyone. This is mostly just stuff that I might need in the future for upcoming lots, and I will be updating this project as is necessary for my needs.
