Pet Woo-hoo Bush

I don't really like the look of the Woohoo Bushes. The Horse Ranch one and this one are the exceptions. This bush is a debug item. It is found in Brindelton Bay. I thought it was a Cats and Dogs item but it turns out to be a Base game item. It had a limited amount of functions when compared to a standard Woohoo Bush. You couldn't pee in it or woohoo. So I changed that. it now functions like all the other Woohoo Bushes. I also find it stupid that these bushes only have one color swatch so while I was at it I added 5 new ones.
