Estate Part 9 – Dining Room Set
The ninth part of the Estate Collection brings a grand new dining room to your Sims’ homes — a space designed to feel both elegant and inviting.
At its heart is a statement fireplace, available with a matching overmantel in both grand and petite versions. Each overmantel can be customized with either a mirror or a painting. The paintings are inspired by the elegance of John Singer Sargent and the refined charm of the 1920s — two are made to fit the overmantels, while a third, larger piece works beautifully on its own. Matching mirrors feature a subtly weathered glass finish for an extra touch of historical character.
The set also includes two new mural wall styles: one with a tall trim that matches previous Estate panelling, and one with a slimmer, understated trim — perfect for both formal dining halls and cosy spaces.
