This is another decoration from the Damla Autumn Set.
These pillows are recolored versions of the "Casual Comfort Pillow" from the Base Game.
There are 20 different designs (20 swatches).
Pillows can be found in Decorations/Clutters and you need "bb.moveobjects on" cheat to place them on a sofa.
