I’ve always found that there’s something so healing about working with your hands - whether it's the quiet rhythm of a needle pulling through fabric or the soft stroke of a brush against a fresh canvas. That’s why this new set, Cotton & Canvas, is all about art and getting creative - which is exactly what I want to focus on for my own private life this year, too ✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧
If you’ve been following along, you might have noticed that I’ve been a bit obsessed with the world of knitting and crochet lately - it’s been popping up in my last two collections 🧵✂️🧶
I really wanted to give those cozy vibes a proper expansion, but I also wanted to add something new. So I’ve invited the painter’s touch into this set as well and added some art clutter pieces and goodies like a painter's palette, a jar of paintbrushes, and a new easel (it's not functional, but great for storytelling ⋆˙⟡). To make the studio feel truly authentic, I’ve surrounded the workspace with stacks of finished paintings and empty frames that tell the story of many creative hours spent.
On the cotton side of the room, you’ll find a classic dress form ready for your next design, alongside a cute wicker basket full of yarn, fabric rolls, glass jars for spools, and a tiny sewing kit for those final delicate touches.
I’ve also included a matching wooden side table and a typical wooden drafting stool, plus a beautiful wooden box to keep all your small craft treasures safe. Altogether, it's a 14-piece collection that I hope brings a bit of creative peace to your Sims' homes. ⊹₊｡ꕤ˚₊⊹
Sometimes the tiniest objects take the most work, but I hope these pieces bring as much joy and inspiration to your builds as they brought me while creating them. ‧₊˚
