Charm'd - Build Set 2

Hey everyone!

Please welcome the second part of the Charm’d Collection! This build-focused set includes a variety of items to help you add those final details and finishing touches to your Victorian homes.

I made two fences, one looks good on the porch or even inside and has a matching railing, the other is more for the garden and has two matching gates.

I added 4 friezes and added one of them as a trim.

The window pediments are made to go above the windows from the previous set but work with other windows as well because they are sized to fit 1, 2 and 3 tile windows.

Last but not least the rose bushes that snap together! It's easier to snap together the parts on the floor and then put it up on the bigger piece because it can be a little tricky to find the snapping points.

- Low poly, new, maxis match meshes
- Since some items share the same texture you need to have them all files ending in "_texture" in your mods folder to properly work.
