Steps to adding the file to your mods:
Download File
Extract File
Copy Extracted file to your Sims 4 Mods folder. By clicking Electronics Art folder, Sims 4, and then Mods!
Once you add the file to your mods folder. Load up your game. The art will be available in your build mode decorations!
