ℹ️Single Mute Swan Pack
While making my Unlocked Bird's Nest & Unlocked Bird's Egg, I was already thinking about the possibility of making a breeding swan. As swans are almost always seen in couples though, I needed another swan to go with it.
(Animated) Static Mute Swan
The Static Mute Swan object will always start with animated water ripples around it. This makes the static swan also usable on water surfaces. When used as a breeding swan on my Unlocked Bird's Nest, you can switch this animation off using the interaction menu.
Animated - Swimming Mute Swan
For a more lively version of the Mute Swan, you can also use the animated single swimming swan version. In this case an invisible object spawns a single mute swan swimming around. It also moves it's head, just as the pair of swans object that's available in the Pond Effects category in build mode.
Something I fixed with this single swimming swan compared to the pair of swans, is that mine actually floats on the water surface instead of above it.
Deco Slot
The breeding static swan will automatically snap to a deco slot when close to it. This also counts for the deco slots in the Bird's Nest. To be sure it snaps to a non-rotated deco slot, first place eggs on 5 of the deco slots available inside the nest. The swan will then snap to the 6th deco slot in the middle over the eggs.
Placement
The Static Swan object can be placed both on terrain as on all water surfaces, the Animated Swimming Swan can only be placed on water surfaces. Both can be placed close to or even through other objects. Think about in between water reeds or inside the nest on eggs.
Be sure to activate the MoveObjects On cheat for placing the swan on the eggs in the nest without problems.

Short notes
• Both are standalone objects, so they won't override any other objects in game.
• They can be found by going to Build mode > Outdoor Water Décor > Pond Effects.
• You can also find them by typing 'Mute Swan' into the search bar.
• The object's catalog thumbnails, show the Mute Swan and my "BakieGaming" icon in the lower right corner.

Besides using the Static Swan on the Bird's Nest, you can also use it on terrain in between grasses for example.
As you now have a separate animated swan too, you decide how far away from each other they will swim. Or decide that only one swan will swim in your pond.
