Allow players to craft higher quality modifiers, because they could. No more RNG rolls on POI's and traders, pure skill and.. RNG rolls for magazines :P

How to use?

• Install mod (with anti-cheat off)
• Learn schematics, read magazines
• New items that has quality tier to them will show your progress for their quality increase!

For unlocking took simple magazine/perk progression since nobody likes pointless grind. To see what you have to unlock for next quality level, mod craft page should tell you. Each quality level will add the same amount of resources as tier 1. Tier 6 will always require x1 Legendary Part.

If something bugs out, i may fix it later. MAYBE.
