Not Just Default PreFabs

Changed

- updated the new Monkey Fort POI to include some frills inside the courtyard, as it looked pretty bare:

- added random trash loot
- added small area with construction materials
- added trash decor etc

Pretty much the same as the previous file, apart from these new shiny bits to make it less stark. :P
