This modlet Tweaks the Lockpick perk, changing the rank names and increasing them to in number:
Tier 1 - Amateur: - skill increase, and unlocks the Lockpick recipe
Tier 2 - Hobbyist: - skill increase
Tier 3 - Burglar: - skill increase and unlocks lockpick bundle recipe
Tier 4 - Safe Cracker: - skill increase
Tier 5 - Master Theif: - skill increase and unlocks new jailbreaker recipe
