Fixed (I think) the glitch where the mules do not look like they are mining when they are mining

Fixed the glitch where the science facility can build infestors and aberrations for free.

Probably other stuff i have forgotten.

Things not fixed

! Tips will appear on the right side of the screen and stay for the entire game

! Exiting SoKR may crash starcraft

! If a rescue beacon is destroyed the timer will jump to 300 hours

! The purifier's planet cracker ability never ends

! performance issues
