lava fields 3v3 with optional campaign units

• Zerg:
  - Units:
  + Infested Terran and Marine (both come out from 1 larva) are the Zergling pair.
  + Lurker and Aberration are pairs.
  - The Lurker are a standalone unit and morph from larva and not Hydras.
  - The Lurker Den morphs from Drone and not from Hydralisk Den.
  
• Protoss:
  - Units:
  + Stone Zealot's movement now properly goes up and down cliffs just like a Colossus.
  - Upgrades:
  + From Robotics Bay you can upgrade the StoneZ' weapon range.

Most of the upgrades for the campaign units are missing or need fixing.
