Garmling's Revenge

Okay, I think we're far enough into this to call this a beta release, at least of the first third of the map. All triggers, data, etc. should be working properly. Starport now properly spawns units. The Baneling ambush has been fixed. The Spine Crawler message no longer repeats pointlessly. Garmling has been reduced in size so as to be slightly less ludicrous-looking.
