-Added comments and organized the camera section

-Improved the bullet section to handle infinite amount of bullets; a lot of potential leaks because I'm lazy (not sure how SC2 garbage collects)

-No damage on bullets right now, working on unit collision next (based on height) then maybe doods and THEN damage

- Too tired to comment the bullet section, deal with it. (until I do it later, that is)
