Commando Wars 2

Map for testing powerups and voting dialogue. the health and speed powerup don't work, but will spawn and disappear as if it should work, they need behaviors created for them. The voting dialogue should work fine, but it is set to active players which will include computer ai if it is added to the game.

I thought i would release this for those interested in how i implemented these into commando wars 2.
