Bomberman Classic

-Fixed problems with the dialog boxes overlapping the playing field on non-widescreen resolutions.
-Stopped the powerup information text from overlapping on some resolutions.
-Prevented players from moving after death in some situations.
-Increased the size of the marine powerup by 20%.

-Two collinear bombs detonating simultaneously sometimes blow up two supply depots the same direction, and sometimes only blow up 1.  I'm not sure which way I should fix this - either let them always blow up two, or always blow up 1.
-Untested with 4 players.  There are no known bugs, but the scoring system has never been tested at all (since multiple players are needed), and other triggers have only ever been tested with 1 player.
