Tooltips show cost, and tooltip of upgrade. They also become disabled if you've completed them.

this is how i've setup the upgrades.
Description
Tired of stacking forges and other arormies and evolution chambers in your melee'ish map? Then this library's something for you.
Uses catalog funtions to check icons, cost and tooltips of existing upgrades,
How to use:
- Import library
- Use your own trigger to show UpgradeDialog
- ???
- Profit!!
Those are actually 3 dialogs, UpgradeDialog[0] is for protoss, [1] is for terran, [2] is for zerg. Any feedback/suggestions welcome preferably thru PM.
Currently not supported:
- Research time (they complete instantly atm)
- Requirements (could implement if anybody needs this)
