RuneScape's tool belt as a new inventory tab: 16 slots for pickaxes, axes, spades, watering cans, rods, nets and torches, so they take no backpack room. Works with Auto Tool.

- Works next to RuneScape Bags 1.1.0, which adds a Supplies tab after the belt. Tool Belt 1.0.2 saw that extra inventory page, wrote "belt page refused" in UE4SS.log and stopped part of its work. 1.0.3 accepts more pages after the belt, as long as the belt's own page is where it belongs. Tested in game with RuneScape Bags 1.1.0 and on its own.
- Nothing on the belt moves. A character saved with 1.0.2 loaded on 1.0.3 with the tools in the same belt slots.
- Fishing bait stays off the belt. With RuneScape Bags 1.1.0 it goes into the tackle box instead.
- Nothing else changed.
