OSRS Events

OSRS Events brings Old School RuneScape’s random events to Dragonwilds. Every so often, while you’re out gathering, building or exploring, someone turns up. Some bring gifts. Others are a lot less friendly.

Friendly events

• Mysterious Old Man: stops by to say hello and leaves you a present.
• Drunken Dwarf, Vannaka, Zanik, Cathan and Postie Pete: familiar faces who drop by with a gift. Press F to talk to them.
  
  • The Drunken Dwarf gives the player a Strong Tea and a Kebab
  • Vanakka gives you random mob loot
  • Zanik gives you 100x random runes
  • Cathan gives you farming supplies
  • Postie Pete gives you building supplies

Evil events

• Quiz Master: whisks you away to his studio for a round of “Which one doesn’t belong?” Answer right for a skill tome; answer wrong and you’ll feel it.
• Sandwich Lady: offers you a snack. Pick the one she offered, or she’ll send you packing.
• Strange Old Man: a hooded figure in dark mage robes who decides you need a change of scenery, and teleports you somewhere nearby.
• Evil Chicken: a chicken with a grudge. It will come after you.
• Pinball: two zogres take you to their cave. Tag the post with the flashing light, five in a row, before time runs out to win a gem. Tag the wrong one and you start over.

Features

• Events are rare, like OSRS: one every 45–90 minutes of play by default, adjustable.
• Turn each event on or off, and set the timing, from the Mod Menu (Esc > MODS > OSRS Events).
• Not in the mood? Press Backspace to turn down an invitation.
• Evil events never fire while you’re in combat, and none of them can kill you.

• UE4SS (experimental build 3.0.1, recent)
• Mod Menu (optional, for in-game settings)
