✨ 100% CUSTOM, HAND-MADE ANIMATIONS ✨

This is NOT a retexture. NOT a config tweak. NOT reused game animations.

Every movement was animated BY HAND, from scratch, in Blender, on the game's own wolf skeleton – then built in Unreal Engine 5.6 and loaded straight into the game:

  🐾 SIT DOWN – the wolf lowers itself onto its haunches
  🐾 SITTING IDLE – it stays seated, breathing and relaxed, in a seamless loop
  🐾 STAND UP – it rises and goes back to being a wild wolf

Smooth blends between every pose – no snapping, no T-pose, no jitter.
The game's own idle breaks and attacks are held back while the wolf is seated, so it stays calm and sitting.

(The animations live in "MellowWolfs Assets" – another reason you need it! 😉)

💖 CUSTOM PARTICLE EFFECT 💖

A completely custom Niagara particle system – own texture, own material, own effect:
little pink HEARTS float up above every calmed wolf. 💕💕💕
Built from scratch in Unreal Engine and running live in the game.

🦴 HOW IT WORKS
===================================================
1. Put Animal Bones on your QUICK-ACCESS BAR (slots 1-8).
2. Walk up to a wolf.
3. Closer than 8 m – the wolf stops attacking, SITS DOWN and hearts start floating. 🥹
4. Walk away (11 m+) or take the bones off the bar – it finishes its loop, STANDS UP and goes back to being a wolf.

🔧 INSTALLATION
===================================================
CURSEFORGE APP:
Click Install – MellowWolfs Assets and UE4SS come with it automatically. Done!

MANUAL:
1. "MellowWolfs" folder from THIS zip  →  RSDragonwilds\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\
2. "MellowWolfs" folder from the ASSETS zip  →  RSDragonwilds\Content\Paks\~mods\
   (no "~mods" folder? Create it.)
3. Play – and go find a wolf. 🐺
Full step-by-step guide: HowToInstall.txt inside the zip.

Wolves don't sit? 99% of the time "MellowWolfs Assets" is missing – install it! 
(Check: ue4ss\UE4SS.log says "Brak assetu" = the Assets pak is not installed.)

UNINSTALL: delete ue4ss\Mods\MellowWolfs and Content\Paks\~mods\MellowWolfs.

📝 KNOWN LIMITATIONS

- Single-player (co-op not tested yet)
- Bones are not consumed yet – coming soon!
- Elite wolves not tested yet
