Fishing Sliders

The AFK fishing key could look dead: every reason it did not start went to UE4SS.log only.

- On-screen message when AFK fishing starts or stops, and when a key press does nothing, with the reason:
  no rod or net in hand, no rod spot within 35 m, not standing in a net spot, the spot is empty, or the mod is off.
- The refill key shows how many fish the spot went from and to, or that no spot is near.
- A key pressed in the first seconds after loading into a world is no longer thrown away; it runs once the world is ready.
- Changing the AFK or refill key in Mod Menu now shows a message that the new key works after a game restart.
- New setting: On-screen messages (on by default) to turn the messages off.
- The message window sizes itself to its text, so both lines line up and never run over its border.
