Jagex's 31-page developer menu is still in the game, but every button does nothing. This opens it from the pause menu and puts real code behind the rows it can: time of day, teleport to 216 places, spawn creatures, give items and more. Solo or host only.

Dev Menu Revived - Jagex's Own Debug Menu 1.0.3
- Repair Item: the name you type now also matches the item name you see in your inventory (for example "Adventurer's Longbow" or just "longbow"), not only the game's internal name. Case, spaces and punctuation are ignored, and part of a name is enough. Leaving it empty still repairs everything you carry.
- Vitals page: the Set Invulnerable row is gone. It ran exactly the same thing as Set Immortal, so the two checkboxes did one job and could show different states. Set Immortal works as before.
