add: CHEST items to yBank positioned after the bank items. It shows and saves the content of the last chest used when using multiple chars.

Optimizations when bank frame is opened.
Inspecting the bank content is no more dropping FPS a lot (from lowering by ~10 fps got it to ~1-2 fps drop). The fps still takes a hit but not so much as it did before. Operating the bank still drops fps quite a lot.
