Successor to WebLinks

Successor of WebLinks: Add URL Support to the game

make URLs clickable (opens the URL)
make URLs easily copyable by [Shift]+[Left click]
no Action with [Ctrl]+[Left click]
supports links starting with https and www

Additional changes to WebLinks:

Parses TeamSpeak links correctly, i.e. supports the ts3server protocol and many more
Doesn't fuck up character names that contain 'www'
