This is the exchange dialog with pioneer Mogen. It appears the first time you talk to him instead of the normal dialog window.
TaboreaDreaming has a lot of configuration options, as you can see in this menu.
By default this HUD shows up when the player is in dreamland. It shows how many crystal dust and flawed crystals you have and their worth in sigils. Furthermore it shows the average rate of sigils per hour of the current/last run and the rate of all runs.
There statistics of the last run and of all runs as well as the sigils gained in the recent run is printed after every run. This is possible by automatic session detection.
