Fixes the COD bug - in previous versions you would automatically pay COD charges. Now items that have COD costs will not be taken.

The latest patch has messed with function hooking, so a few of the options may be buggy if you ReloadUI() or switch characters without restarting the whole game. They'll still work otherwise, though. Turning CompleteQuest on will cause you to miss bits of storyline. Turning ReDisplayQuestDialog on may confuse you as the quest doesn't get removed from the NPC's list until you close the dialog - this is especially true when combined with AcceptQuest and CompleteQuest
