SendRunes

Note: This replaces v0.1.0 which had a bug causing it to ignore runes at the end of the bag under certain conditions.

• FIX: Now uses itemID instead of itemName to find runes, should work with all languages.
• FIX: Found a possible conflict with RoMail2. If the item checking code in SendRunes was running at the same time as RoMail2 was scanning mails (typically if autosend was on) it might have caused mails with items attached to be set as read. Mail duration would therefore get set to 3 days instead of 30. Tried to fix it, but more testing needed.
• FIX: Sol library updated.
• FIX: Code cleanup, added text output helper functions.
• FIX: More debug functions added to help me fix stuff.
