SendRunes

• NEW: Now has a GUI for configuration.
• NEW: Now has it own button in AddonManager, which can be used to open the configuration or send runes.
• NEW: Can now send production runes to one alt and normal runes to another alt.
• NEW: More advanced configuration options. Global, Realm, and Character settings are now used. If Character settings are not enabled, it uses Realm settings. If neither Realm nor Character settings are enabled, it uses Global settings.
• FIX: Now searches through inventory for runes once when activated. Aborts sending if anything changes while sending. Less CPU used, but also less robust.
• FIX: Because of the new way of finding runes, it can now use item names instead of item links for matching names.
• FIX: Even more error checking, esp on making sure it's a rune that's about to be sent.

When autosending runes, the Mail subject field captures focus.
