scrutinizer

Resisted spells will now be shown correctly. I had to update the skilltable, so it is recommended to start and end the game one time without the scrutinizer in your addonfolder, for a cleaned savedvariables file. There could be errors if you don't do that because of the missing "resist"-field in the old savedvariables file!
