RaidWarning

For: Runes of Magic
Plays a sound and pops up any text you type after an exclamation mark "!" to all party/raid members that have RaidWarning installed.

Slash commands:

/rw help
/rw on
/rw off
/rw debug - this just makes it where you can trigger raidwarning from the say chat for testing
/rw 1 -volume quiet
/rw 2 -volume mid
/rw 3 -volume loud
