bugfixes
- when opening the tracker settings, the tracker no longer resizes incorrectly.
- accepting quests from NPCs resizes the tracker correctly now.

loads of bugfixes:

- fixed stack overflow error
- right-clicking to cancel tracking maintains auto-sizing
- clicking the "x" on a quest to stop tracking maintains auto-sizing
- tracker resizes at game load or UI reload
- hooked more specific function that only fires when quest tracking changes (may help with any stability issues caused by addon)
