Again an update made by Yamabuki!

A short note: This is EXPERIMENTAL!

• ChatLog for all chat types (not only whispers)
• Fixed problem when type invalid slash commands
• Couple of options, "Remove progress messages" and "Gathering only":

1. The former remove gathering/crafting XP messages
2. The latter remove gathering XP messages only, and crafting are shown

• Feee from maintenance of localized DB files:

1. Added universal db.mats.lua instead of "db.mats.lang.lua"
2. Removed "db.mobs.lang.lua". (always initialized with empty table)
