URL of the lootidkp-website has been changed

Tinsus:
    - Domain was edited - old version will not get the correct url!
    - prevent repeating ScanFullBag after teleport or similar ingame action
    - Updating image-Database to 6.0.5.2679
    - try to improve bag-scan behaviour
    - adding csv from CLient 6.0.4.2677
    - fixing ticket 80 (hidden filters based on window-size)
    - a bit better, but no fix for the fps-problem.
