Attention! Convert your $word1&word2 filters to $word&$word2 (aditional $)!

- now it is possible to abnegate a filter using | (pipe) in front of the filter. eg: |$grade: 6
- new feature !mincount 99 Itemname and a maximum-edition of it.
- adding !minstacks 99 Itemname and !maxstacks 99 Itemname
- adding !maxitemlevel and !minitemlevel
- adding !maxcharlevel and !mincharlevel
- Adding "!zone Logar"-filter (see Ticket 65)
- adding option to limit the number of shown history-items (Ticket 68)
- adding settings as submenu to the minimap button (try to fit Ticket 60)
- now every item is checked if it was pimped before doing anything with it (eg. run filter or add to history) based on its tier and plus. plussed or tiered items will be ignored in future. *This function needs to be tested in production-area!* (Tickets  62 & 64)
