New Version 2.0

Large number of new Options and a lot of bugfixes. Also bigger german database.

Below a small list of changes:

    - showing inactive-status on minimapbutton (in fight)
    - hiding german options on non-german-clients
    - Adding a small infoframe to the minimapbutton (including option)
    - new feature (without option): skipping item-links and player-links automaticly.
    - added updatescan in share-channel
    - Imroved DE-language entry 138
    - added new option: instant_change (shows toolotip with changes next to chat while typing text)
    - added new learn_checked: learn automatic changed word with learning functions
    - Adding configuration-assistant
    - Adding scam protection (with option)
    - German grammar: checking case based on wordtype
    - reducing popup spam
